Jenna Leib Rehabilitation ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.jennaleib.com and does not cover the separate systems we use to deliver care, such as our booking platform.

When you choose to book an appointment, you're taken to our external booking platform (Jane App), which collects information under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in standard server logs for security and performance. We do not use this to personally identify you.

We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Follow up about the services you asked about
- Provide and improve our services
We do not use your contact-form information for marketing or newsletters unless you separately ask us to.
3. A note about medical information
Please do not share detailed medical or health information through the contact form. It's intended for general inquiries only. Any personal health information collected as part of your care is handled separately, in keeping with Saskatchewan's Health Information Protection Act (HIPA).
4. How we store and protect your information
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us so we can respond to you. We keep your information only as long as needed to answer your inquiry and meet our records requirements, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as our website host and contact-form provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Saskatchewan or Canada. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you. Any embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you press play. Our host may set essential cookies needed to keep the site secure and running.
7. Links to other websites
Our site links to third-party services, including our Jane App booking page and social media. Once you leave our website, those services' own privacy policies apply, not ours.
8. Your choices and rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
