Structural integration
from the inside out.

Rolfing Structural Integration is a hands-on form of manual therapy developed by Dr. Ida Rolf. It works systematically through the body's fascial system, the connective tissue web that surrounds every muscle, organ, and nerve, to release accumulated tension, correct misalignments, and restore natural, effortless posture.

Unlike massage, which primarily targets muscle tissue, Rolfing works with fascia, the material that shapes how you carry your body and how it moves through space. When fascia becomes restricted through injury, repetitive strain, or stress, it pulls the body out of alignment and creates the conditions for chronic pain.

A full Rolfing series is typically delivered in 10 structured sessions, each building on the last to create lasting structural change.

The whole body
in every session.

Manual Osteopathy is a form of hands-on therapy based on the osteopathic principle that the body's structure and function are deeply interconnected. By assessing and treating the relationships between the spine, joints, muscles, nerves, and organs, manual osteopaths restore the body's inherent self-healing capacity.

Jenna holds a Diploma of Manual Osteopathy (DMO) and is currently completing her five-year DOMP program. Her osteopathic sessions integrate visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and fascial release for a comprehensive full-body approach.

A note on terminology: Manual Osteopaths complete advanced manual therapy training but are distinct from Medical Osteopaths (MDs/DOs with prescribing authority). Jenna is a Manual Osteopath, a highly trained hands-on practitioner.

A deep toolkit,
carefully applied.

Manual therapy,

What's the difference between Rolfing and a regular massage?
Rolfing works with the fascia, the connective tissue that shapes your posture and movement, to create lasting structural change rather than temporary muscle relaxation. It's a systematic, whole-body approach.
How many Rolfing sessions will I need?
Rolfing is traditionally a 10-session series, with each session building on the last. Jenna tailors it to your goals, so some clients come for the full series while others come for more targeted work.
Is a Manual Osteopath the same as an osteopathic doctor?
No. Jenna is a Manual Osteopath, with advanced hands-on training, which is distinct from a Medical Osteopath (an MD or DO who can prescribe). Her sessions integrate visceral, craniosacral, and fascial work.
Does manual therapy hurt?
It's hands-on and can involve firm pressure, but always at a pace that's comfortable for you. Jenna checks in and adjusts throughout the session.
Do I need a referral to book?
Not at all. You don't need a referral from your doctor, so you can book whenever you're ready. Book directly here.
